Everything was perfect specially the resultant staff, they went all the nine yard to make us happy and comfortable.. we had the club lounge services so we had and extra 2 periods of snacks that include a hot dish, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, and soft drinks, the hotel has the best garden for kids and also you can sit in it to have a cup of coffee... Front desk staff also they were helpful.. Staff in general were very helpful.. I would give it over all 15 out of 10, for me the only issue was the location as it is a little bit too far from Istanbul attractions which most of it fall in the European side and the hotel was in the Asian side of Istanbul… Feryal at the restaurant was the best ever.. always smiling and always there for the guests.. Thank you Feryal for a great job you have done .. I would highly recommend the hotel for my friends and family..

The hotel was very clean and well maintained There was a misunderstanding during the check in about the room that I requested but the hotel stuff were able to fix the issue and even offered an upgrade Friendly people at the reception answered all my requests effectively The concierge offered great service The doorman was so nice and helpful

Arrived late around midnight and was assigned a smoking room from whatever reason but Emir from reception went the extra mile for me and arranged a non-smoking room for me instead. I would like to thank Emir for this as unless his willingness to help my stay would have been a disaster. I also needed a late checkout and Bora from reception was very helpful, helped me plan my schedule for the airport at the time of the day and extended my check out time accordingly and made sure the room key would still work too. Thank you very much Bora.

Everything was perfect. Especially, the reception supervisor Mr.Yisuf keser. His service and assistance were memorable. I fully understand his position but his effort to support the guest was very helpful. He knows exactly what the guest wants to do an know. Also i dont know the man and his name of bell department but his assistance was also very nice. I was waiting for him to give and express my appreciation to him but wasnt able to meet him because he was busy when i left the hotel. I was very happy to be this hotel due to these gentle men.

Nice and helpful staff Arrived early morning and they were keen to check me in as soon as i arrived. Room is a bit outdated but comfy In general, a good hotel if u need to stay in Umraniyeh but a bit overpriced

Its clean ,, stuff are nice especially there is a guy receptionist he is so kind and professional i think his name is Emir i am not sure but i would thank him for helping me and for his kindness thank you

Staff was excellent, extremely helpful, very supportive and proactive to provide advice and to arrange for our tours and shopping. The front disk staff were amazing, especially Mr . Sefa and Kaan , also Arslan from the conserge office all were very supportive and very helpful. Massive gratitude for the whole team , l will never hesitate to vook the same hotel again .
